In 1993, Firmage Financial (Tom Ralphs) hired me to take over and finish the development of a real estate project they called the Aerie. It was a large subdivision with 10 - 15 acre lots sitting on top of the mountain just above Park City. The lots were being presold for around $250,000.00 each. When I took over, there was still alot of sewer and water line work to be done, and about half the paving was yet to be completed. I spent the summer up there having the time of my life. I got it all finished up just before the snow flew in the fall. I got to meet alot of very wealthy people who bought lots there, like the owner of the Pepsi franchise for all of Georgia and Northern Florida. Also Ed Ames, the singer, etc. This picture is take of Park City from the Aerie.
